Strategic recruitment
By virtue of our ongoing search for candidates, our extensive network of contacts in the market and personal recommendations, we have market knowledge of and relationships with the highest calibre lawyers who may seek a move should the right opportunity present itself. We are therefore in a strong position to introduce candidates to you - based on our understanding of the legal marketplace and our ability to identify the right opportunity and cultural fit.
Executive search (exclusive contingent / retained)
Further to a detailed brief, an extensive search is conducted to identify a “long list” of potential candidates working from personal recommendations, lists of contacts and ongoing market monitoring. Confidential approaches are then made to assess interest in the opportunity followed by a face-to-face meeting. The “shortlist” is subsequently presented to you and we continue to work with you to successfully conclude the assignment.
Advertised selection
We place an advertisement on your behalf for a specific role(s) whereby we advise on appropriate media, draft & set the advertisement, screen the response and conduct initial interviews. A shortlist is then presented and we work with you to ensure the successful conclusion of the assignment.
